After an entertaining day at the beach, the private chlorine pool measuring 5 x 2.5 meters and 1.5 meters deep will be waiting for you to cool off and relax. In addition, you can sunbathe on the sun loungers and enjoy a delicious barbecue under the porch. The property is fenced and has direct neighbors. The single-story house offers a simple, modern and cozy style. Upon entering through the main door we find the dining room with AC and sat-TV that is open to the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and where we also find the washing machine. The house has 4 bedrooms, all with AC. Two of them have a single bed, another has 2 single beds and the last one has a double bed. There are also 2 bathrooms with shower. And we can also provide a cot and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby. The house is located very close to one of the most atmospheric areas of Port d'Alcúdia although at the same time on a dead-end street with little traffic. They will have all the necessary services for an independent stay within their reach, such as supermarkets, bars or restaurants. And most importantly, the Port d'Alcúdia beach - one of the best on the island - is just a few minutes' walk away, where you can practice water sports, walk along the shore for kilometers or sit and have a drink at one of the beach bars. Don't forget to visit Port d'Alcúdia, Alcudia town and its medieval wall, or Port de Pollença. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
